The 911 Guide is a resource for faculty, staff, teaching assistants and graduate assistants to deal with questions related to student behavior and concerns. The guide provides specific procedures and steps to approach situations involving aggression, illness, emotional behavior, parental concerns and interpersonal violence.

Created by The University of Alabama’s Division of Student Life, the 911 Guide includes emergency contact information, specific ways to take action and support students in crisis, along with other resources that are useful tools.
